Keto Pizza Bites


  • 1lb Italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • 4oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine cooked sausage and cream cheese until completely blended
  • Add in remaining ingredients until well combined and chill for 10 min
  • Grease a baking sheet
  • Roll dough into balls either with hands or ice cream scoop and place on baking sheet
  • Bake 18-20 min until golden brown
  • Makes about 30, depending on the size of the scoop
