Ring Exercise Snapshot: Mountain Climbers

Up your mountain climber game with this TRX adaptation. It adds a new dimension of stability work along with core and shoulder strengthening.



How To:

1.      Put your feet in the TRX stirrups

2.      Start in a push up position, hands directly under the shoulders

3.      Drive one knee up toward your elbow

4.      Switch and drive the other knee up

5.      Alternate as fast as you can while keeping your torso still

Repeat 10-20 reps for 3-4 sets
