The unique structure of our groups allows you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of our expert training staff. Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. This is THE best fat loss workout available!

*Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues will remain Semi Private personal training clients. Clients must score 2 or higher on the Functional Movement Screen prior to attending otherwise they will attend Semi Private Personal Training or 1 on 1 training.

Basic Conditioning

  • Unlimited access to our high-energy Group Training Sessions. These include our:
    • Kalorie Krush-  Our version of cardio. These workouts will get your heart rate up and keep you moving.
    • Edge Strength- Will have you working up a sweat while getting stronger!  Get stronger with Dumbbells, TRX, Medicine balls, and your onw bodyweight!
    • Core Fit- Take a power lunch break with this noon class!  Core fit is a mixture of core strength and a metabolic circuit to make sure you leave feeling shredded!
    • Game Day- Have fun and sweat at the same time! You’ll have so much fun in this class, you’ll forget how hard you’re working!

Edge Strength

This high intensity  workout will not only get you moving, but get you stronger!   This workout is a great marriage of cardio and strength training to push you to new levels of fitness!  Enjoy sleds, dumbbells, TRX, Ropes, and your own body weight!

Kalorie Krush

Ready for a heart pounding workout experience? Then welcome to Kalorie Krush! These workouts will push you for a set period of time and then have you recovering back down only to be pushed back up again. If you compare you metabolism to a car, think about how you get better gas mileage on the highway (i.e. running on the treadmill for 45 minutes). But in town with all the stop and go driving, your cars MPG is not as good. It takes more gas to get back up to speed again after coming to a stop. The same happens with out metabolism, your body adapts very quickly and is able to perform that 45 minute jog without burning a lot of calories. This workout will ensure that you DO NOT get good miles per gallon!

Core Fit

Come in and break that mid-day slump with Core Fit.  This class will focus on strengthening your core while mixing in heart pumping cardio and strength.  This class is sure to get you re-energized for the rest of your day ahead.

Game Day

Who says working out can’t be fun and games?  In our Game Day workout, you’ll have so much fun that you forget how hard your working!  Get your butt kicked with our signature deck of cards workout, dart board games, spin the wheel, and a host of other games to keep you entertained during your workout!
