Stability Ball SL Hamstring Curl Description

The Single Leg Hamstring Curl is a great exercise to work on posterior chain (glutes and hammy) strength. It is also great to work on single leg strength and stability.

Stability Ball Push Up Steps

1) Start lying on your back with one leg on ball and the other off the ball at 90 degrees.

2) Keeping the hips up, press the heel into the ball.

3) Keeping the back flat and hips up, pull the ball towards the butt.

4) Once the leg gets to 90 degrees then return to the start position.

5)Repeat for 8-12 reps each side and enjoy!
