Stability Ball Push Up Description
The stability ball push up is a great variation to do to work on core strength and stability!
Stability Ball Push Up Steps
1) Start in a push up position with the palms of the hand on the outside of the ball.
2) Keeping the back flat slowly lower down towards the ball.
3) Keep the elbows in tight and lower until the arms get to 90 degrees.
4)Make sure to not bounce the chest off the ball.
5) Once the arms get to 90 degrees at the bottom push yourself back up to the starting positon. Again keeping the back flat.
6)Repeat for 8-12 reps enjoy!
