Ring Exercise Snapshot: Atomic Row

This single arm row variation adds some flavor to the normal single arm ring row. It may look easy, but they add up quickly!
1. Start holding the ring in one hand, with your body and legs straight
2. Lower yourself down with the one arm
3. At the bottom allow your body to turn sideways, reaching the other arm out
4. Pull yourself back in, initiating the movement from your shoulder (not your elbow)
5. Repeat 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets
