Playground Exercise Snapshot: Pull Ups

Pull-ups are an excellent shoulder and back strengthening exercise and the playground provides the equipment you’ll need!

1.     Tuck those shoulder blades in

2.     Keep the body straight like a board, feet slightly forward

3.     Imagine yourself pulling the bar to your chest instead of you pulling your body to the bar

4.     Pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar, without straining your neck up to reach

5.     Lower yourself back down at the same pace

Repeat as many times as you can for 3-4 sets
