Landmine Exercise Snapshot: Single Arm Bent Over Row

This is a great row variation to target the entire back! It will require core and lower body stability to pull off.

1.     Get set with the barbell parallel to one foot, and facing away from the landmine base

2.     Hinge at the hips with the knees slightly bent and grab the bar with one hand

3.     Lift the bar to a few inches off the ground while bracing the core

4.     Row the bar up towards your body with the elbow tucked to your ribs

5.     Repeat the row for reps while focusing on keeping a flat back with a braced core

Repeat 8-10 reps each side for 3-4 sets
