Arnold Press Description
The Arnold Press is a great exercise to work on Shoulder strength. It is also a great exercise to open up the chest and get into good posture.
Arnold Press Steps
1- Starting in a standing position holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing you.
2- Rotate the hands outward squeezing the shoulder blades together as you press the dumbbells overhead.
3- Lock out the elbows all the way above the head. Making sure to keep your chin down. Then lower back to the starting position.
4- Make sure you keep the chest upright the whole time, work on spreading the shoulder blades and maintaining good posture.
5-Repeat for 8-12 repetitions.
