Band Pull Apart Leg Drop Steps
1- Start with your feet straight in the air and your lower back into the ground. Grab a 1/2” band with your palms up and elbows locked out. The closer in on the band you grab the more resistance.
2- Begin by pulling the band towards the chest keeping the arms straight and focusing on pulling through the mid back. Then start to lower both legs until they are a few inches off the ground. If you feel the low back kicking in then shorten your range of motion.
3- At the bottom of the exercise the heels should be just off the ground with the band pulled in tight to the chest. Then return to the starting position. Perform 8-10 reps.
