You’re Special!
                All our moms were exactly right, we are special and one of a kind. So why should our nutritional plan be any different? The world is packed with trendy, fashionable, and easy “diets”. Without taking your individual body chemistry and physical make-up into consideration, how do you expect to see the results that they “guarantee” in their pictures? The truth is, what works for someone else will most likely not work for you. Sit down do some research and be honest with yourself. Are you going to see success with the supermodel meal plan? Are you a serious bodybuilder that can pack on pounds of muscle in a short time? Most likely, NO! You need to factor in so many things that are unique to your lifestyle. Make nutrition a series of small, unique, and realistic victories. Drink 80oz of water a day. Eat 2 more handfuls of veggies per day. Once you get the ball rolling with some small, personalized changes, keep it rolling and don’t look back. Things like tracking and note taking can help you identify what works for your specific body. Proper nutrition takes time and practice, so commit to yourself and start making your own nutritional plan.
