STOP! In the name of…

                This post was inspired by a recent conversation I had with a woman that was just plain stuck. Stuck looking at the same number on the scale, stuck eating the same foods every day, stuck not seeing any results. What was my recommendation to her? STOP!!! Stop weighing every day, stop tracking foods, stop obsessing over all the wrong things. What I wanted from her was to re-set, and look back on all the positive changes that she has been making. Quit dwelling on all the lack of “perfect” results and re-set her focus to the future. The constant struggle with healthy nutrition and exercise is a series of small steps. Very rarely will you find a magic remedy that will immediately make you reach your goals. My advice to all of you tired of not seeing your results, STOP and re-set your plan. Sit down with a coach that can help point you in the right direction. Often that new direction is not really that different then your current routine. So here we go, be honest with yourself, be human, and re-focus on a better tomorrow.
