Coach G’s Nutrition Corner: 4 Weeks, then re-evaluate…

 

All too often we decide to do something better, forever. “I’m giving up Soda, forever. No more junk food, ever” Do yourself a favor and start with a little more realistic time frame, try 4 weeks. If you make a conscious effort for just 4 weeks you will most likely see positive health benefits with any small changes. Say you want to start making a better effort to eat a healthy breakfast, do it for 4 weeks and you will be on the right track to creating it as a permanent habit. Yes of course you may slip up during those weeks, but for that 4-week time frame, you can get back on track and still see great results. Remember to start with small, realistic and achievable goals. So here we go, pick something small and start right now.
