Bodyweight Exercise Snapshot: Bear Crawl

Bear Crawl Description
Crawling is something we learn early on, but we lose it if we don’t use it! Plus it’s deceivingly hard, just ask our clients.
Bear Crawl Steps:
1. Start on hands and knees, make sure the knees are right under the hips and hands right under the shoulders
2. Push the ground away with your hands
3. Raise up onto the toes
4. Walk using the opposite hand/foot stepping together
5. Pick a distance or a time, try going in reverse for more of a challenge!
